What We Do
From Ocean Floor
to Fine Jewelry
Three interconnected services that form a complete cycle of ocean restoration and artisan creation.
Service 01
Ocean Recovery Expeditions
Our certified dive teams operate across 12 active recovery zones in the USVI and wider Caribbean. Each expedition is mapped, documented, and published to our open recovery database.
- Ghost net extraction without coral damage
- Polymer-type sorting underwater at source
- Biodiversity assessment before and after
- GPS-tagged material with dive log certification
Service 02
Material Refinement
At our St. Thomas facility, recovered plastics undergo a proprietary cold-pressing process that preserves their oceanic texture while removing contaminants and achieving jewel-grade purity.
- Cold-press refining — no high-heat chemical stripping
- Texture preservation unique to each material batch
- Structural integrity testing to jewelry standards
- Batch tracking linked to recovery GPS data
Service 03
Artisan Jewelry Creation
Master jewelers with an average of 18 years' experience combine refined ocean materials with ethically sourced silver and 18k gold to create pieces that belong in the world's finest collections.
- One-of-a-kind and limited-edition collections
- Ethically sourced metal settings and findings
- Certificate of origin with every piece
- Turtle hallmark seal on all finished works
The Process
Six Steps from Reef to Relic
Zone Mapping
Reef sites are assessed using sonar and dive surveys to identify debris concentration and coral health before any recovery begins.
Surgical Extraction
Trained divers remove ghost nets and debris using precision cutting techniques that leave coral formations fully intact.
Surface Sorting
Material is sorted by polymer type, degradation level, and visual quality at sea before transport to our facility.
Cold Refining
Selected materials are cold-pressed in our St. Thomas facility, preserving texture while achieving jewel-grade structural integrity.
Artisan Setting
Master jewelers hand-set each refined material element alongside ethically sourced metal components and precious stone accents.
Certification
Every finished piece receives a certificate with GPS reef coordinates, dive date, artisan signature, and turtle hallmark seal.
FAQ
Common Questions
Absolutely. Our cold-refining process removes all contaminants and tests material to international jewelry safety standards. The refined polymer is chemically inert and carries no ocean toxins. We publish our testing protocols and results openly.
Every piece ships with a printed certificate and a QR code linking to the live entry in our recovery database. You'll see the GPS coordinates of the recovery zone, the dive date, the recovery team, and the batch refining record — a complete chain of custody from reef to your hands.
Yes. We ship to over 40 countries with full insurance and tracking. All international orders include customs documentation. Shipping from St. Thomas typically takes 5–10 business days internationally and 3–5 business days within the US.
